Remek elhelyezkedésű, barátságos, tiszta, jól felszerelt.
☺Remek helyen található, a környék tele van éttermekkel. Palermo fő látványosságai gyalog elérhetőek. A szállásadó nagyon gondoskodó volt. 2 percnyire levő fizetős parkolóban foglalt előre helyet, anélkúl nehéz parkolni.
☹Nincs lift a házban, a csomagokat fel kell cipelni a 3. emeletre.

Kaum zu übertreffen.
☺Wunderschönes, modernes Apartment in der Innenstadt. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Gastgeberin Stefania ist einmalig. Sie hat uns nicht nur jeden Morgen mit feinen Pasticcini verwöhnt und uns mit einem gut gefüllten Kühlschrank empfangen sondern war auch sonst sehr um unser Wohlergehen besorgt.
☹Nichts. Alles war bestens.

Beautiful, modern apartment in a central location!
☺ Clean, modern apartment. Very comfortable beds. Has all facilities required including fridge, coffee machine and hair dryer. Excellent location with view of the Plazza. Stefania was extremely helpful and accommodating. She gave us excellent restaurant recommendations and provided water and pastries, which were much appreciated.
☹ Lots of stairs with no lift. Not an issue for us, but may be an issue for someone with mobility issues.

☺ The Peonia Boutique Apartments are a wonderful place to stay. Our host Stefania was incredibly nice and helpful. She contacted us prior to our stay and provided restaurant recommendations and directions from the airport to the apartment. The apartment was clean and well-prepared, and it was perfectly isolated from street noise. It was perfect for two people and centrally located, allowing us to walk everywhere. Every morning, Stefania brought us some delicious pastries for breakfast. She stayed in contact with us via WhatsApp every day, providing us with tips and offering assistance. If we ever visit Palermo again, we will definitely stay at Peonia Boutique Apartments.

☺ Our host, Stefania, was a true gem who provided us with exceptional guidance and support throughout our entire journey, from the moment we were preparing to depart from London until we returned home. She left no detail unattended, ensuring that we were well-informed about ticket purchases, the right stations to disembark, and even how to navigate restaurants. In spite of us not having opted for breakfast, each day, we were treated to the delightful surprise of freshly baked Sicilian pastries waiting at our doorstep. Stefania's warm hospitality made us feel like cherished members of her family, a significant reason why we will eagerly return to Peonia.
Peonia's location is simply perfect: just a brisk 5-minute walk from Vittorio Emanuele, where all the city's life and energy converge. It's also conveniently close to Palermo's archaeological treasures, Teatro Massimo, Palermo Cathedral, Fontana Pretoria (a mere 3-minute stroll), and a manageable 15-minute walk from Palermo Central Train Station, your gateway to both the airport and the enchanting Cefalù beach.
Traveling as a single parent with a young daughter, safety was paramount for us. The environment was remarkably secure, with well-lit streets and QR codes to get into the building for added peace of mind.
Peonia is located on the 3rd floor of a typical Sicilian architectural building, without lifts but featuring easily accessible steps for entry.
The room itself was impressively clean, comfortable, and meticulously maintained, ensuring our stay was worry-free and restful. Our room provided a splendid view of Piazza and Basilica Olivella, offering a charming perspective on Palermo's beautiful landscapes.
The combination of a welcoming host, an ideal location, and a well-maintained, comfortable room ensured that our visit to Palermo was nothing short of magical. We eagerly anticipate our return to this Sicilian paradise.

☺ The Peonia Boutique Appartments is a really nice place to stay. Stefania our host was such a nice and helpful person. She already got in contact with us before the stay and gave us restaurant recommendations, described the way from the airport to the appartment etc.
We had the room with a big terrace and jacuzzi. Everything was really nice prepared and clean. Perfect for 2 people. The appartment is centrally located so you can walk everywhere by foot. Almost every morning Stefania brought us some nice pastery for breakfast. She stayed in contact via Whats App with us everyday and gave us some tipps and offered help.
If we will visit Palermo again than of course at Peonia Boutique Appartements.

Zentrale Lage und trotzdem ruhig
☺Die Gastgeberin ist sehr zuvorkommend und unser Gepäck wurde sogar über einen kleinen Kran heruntergebracht. Sie hat uns Frühstück vorbeigebracht und tolle Aktivitäten empfohlen.

Fantastische Oase der Ruhe, (perfekt gelegen mitten im lebendigen Stadtzentrum von Palermo!) , wunderschön, hochwertig und sehr sauber. In unserem goldigen Apartment Fior de Loto hatten wir sogar eine private Dachterrasse mit Whirlpool! Stefania ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin, herzlich und zuvorkommend, man fühlt sich wie zuhause und möchte nur eines: sehr bald wiederkommen! Danke für alles!

L'emplacement parfait pour aller et venir, pour arriver de l'aéroport en bus/taxi ou visiter le quartier historique. Tout est à quelques pas.
L'appartement au dernier étage est confortable, calme, et particulièrement appréciable avec la terrasse privée et le jacuzzi !
Mais c'est surtout l'accueil de Stefania qui vaut le détour. Des messages whatsapp pour nous guider, nous conseiller, trouver toutes les infos dont nous avons besoin. Son neveu qui nous accueille même un vendredi soir à 21H30 pour nous faire visiter la chambre et les lieux.
Les petites viennoiseries glissées devant la porte le matin, le vin et les boissons dans le frigo, on a l'impression d'être chouchouté sans être envahi, c'était parfait ! Merci Stefania !

Ci siamo trovati per caso in questa struttura, abbiamo trascorso solo una notte come coppia e l'esperienza è stata super positiva. Stefania top simpaticissima che ci ha accolto, consigliato i posti dove mangiare e la mattina seguente ci ha fatto avere comunque della colazione prima di andare via e ci ha offerto la possibilità di custodire i nostri bagagli in modo da permetterci di girare liberamente Palermo per il resto della giornata. La struttura è centralissima e abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo anche gli interni e la camera in cui abbiamo alloggiato.
Consigliatissimo, se avete necessità di soggiornare a Palermo è un'ottima opzione.

Abbiamo alloggiato in due in questa casa vacanze per una settimana. Che dire, esperienza molto positiva!
Il luogo si trova vicino alla via principale di Palermo, posizione molto strategica per chi si muove con autobus o scooter.
L'appartamento è ben arredato e pulito, con tutti i comfort necessari per trascorrere una calda settimana d'estate. Super comodo anche il minimarket che si trova a due passi dall'appartamento.
La punta di diamante di questo appartamento però è sicuramente la proprietaria Stefania che si è mostrata gentilissima e accogliente nei confronti dei suoi ospiti, molto preparata nel indirizzare le persone nei locali, ristoranti, bar, spiagge più belli e con miglior qualità prezzo di Palermo. Tramite lei si riesce a percepire la passione ed il calore delle persone di Palermo.
