Super Empfang - uns wurde mit dem Gepäck und dem Parking geholfen. ☹Wir waren mit Hund - der letzte Aufgang mit Glastreppe war etwas schwierig.

The room was lovely, the host was so nice and brought us water, coffee and fresh pastries in the morning. Couldn’t recommend enough! ☹ Nothing

Stefania goes above and beyond making sure all your needs are met! She provided recommendations for local restaurants / day trips, also helped with local transport. 10/10 also provided daily fresh pastries in the morning which was a lovely start to the day

Buenjamin A.30/06/2024we really enjoyed our stay here. Stefania was the best host ever! always extra helpful at any hour. she provided water, beer and sicilien sweets, which was not expected. the rooms were recently refurbished and very clean, modern and high-class equiped! bed and pillows are super comfortable which means together with the AC you will have an amazing sleep! the walls are a bit thin, bit as there are not too many roomes it was okay. great shower, central location and roof top. we will come again .

cristina cintolo16/06/2024Siamo stati a Palermo x il fine settimana, abbiamo soggiornato in questa splendida struttura, Stefania e stata molto gentile, disponibile e premurosa, pulizia top è stato come essere a casa. Posizione ottima vicino al centro e ai mercati. Vacanza breve ma molto piacevole.
Oliver Pack04/06/2024Hübsches privates Apartmenthaus in einer super Lage in der Altstadt, alles war schnell und fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung war modern und sauber. Etwas gewundert haben wir uns über die Größe, welche im Internet auf den Weitwinkel Fotos doch deutlich grösser aussah. Es gab einen sehr kleines Schlafzimmer und Bad, so wie eine private Terrasse mit einem Whirlpool und Liegestühlen, was uns am meisten an diesem Apartment gefallen hat. Etwas beschwerlich für viele könnte das Treppenhaus sein, dass Apartement lag im 4. Stock. Bei unserem Auszug wurde unsere Koffer mit einem Seil am Haus außen nach unten gelassen. Insgesamt haben wir uns wohlgefühlt und würden wiederkommen.
Matthew Mascia28/05/2024Prima volta a Palermo, ma la calorosa accoglienza si fa sentire già ben prima del nostro arrivo in città. Stefania è stata di una gentilezza unica, così premurosa da mandarci tantissime informazioni utili su cosa vedere, dove andare a mangiare(fondamentale per me), come raggiungere la struttura dall'aeroporto e tanto altro. Posizione della struttura PERFETTA. Si arriva al mercato della Vucciria in 2 minuti a piedi, al Teatro Massimo in 1 minuto, non si può chiedere di meglio. La stanza pulitissima e perfetta per una coppia, ma la chicca di questa struttura è il suo rooftop a disposizione dei clienti, in cui puoi comodamente sederti a fare colazione, o a bere un calice di vino. Ovviamente sopra sul rooftop non ci sono servizi, è una struttura a conduzione familiare, ma la sorpresa del cornetti con pistacchio o con ricotta forniti da Stefania è stata meravigliosa (allego foto) Per il resto, sotto la struttura è pieno di locali, pertanto se volete godervi una cena sulla terrazza in intimità, scendete a prendervi qualcosa e sfruttate ogni momento. Siamo stati accolti in maniera impeccabile e non ci è mai mancato il supporto. QUESTE SONO LE STRUTTURE CHE MERITANO 5 STELLE!
Laura Strati17/05/2024Nu ai ce sa iti doresti mai mult ! Toate cele trei camere pe care le-am avut au fost foarte curate si dotate cu tot ce ai nevoie pentru un sejur placut. Am fost asteptati la locatie de fratele Stefaniei care ne-a oferit informatii despre imprejurimi, astfel ca ne-a fost foarte usor sa ne orientam, ii multumim si pe aceasta cale pentru ospitalitate. De la Stefania am primit informatii despre locuri pe care sa le vizitam, localuri unde se mananca bine, patiseria primita dimineata a fost foarte gustoasa si proaspata si am apreciat foarte mult ca a tinut sa comunice cu noi zilnic.Nu in ultimul rand terasa este splendida. PATRIZIA Finzi15/04/2024Beautiful place with a great location in the heart of Palermo. We booked a smaller room which was very beautiful. Super comfortable bed and an excellent shower. As a Plus, the terrace on top of the building, which has a view on historic buildings nearby. Stefania, our host, was super nice, very helpful she brought us fresh pastries every morning and made sure we had everything we needed. Great stay! I totally recommend 👌 this place!

Wir genossen unser tolles Apartment Fior de Loto mit einer private Dachterrasse mit Whirlpool Richtung Süden. Sonne von früh bis abends. Matratze ist angenehm und alles ist liebevoll und durchdacht. Kühlschrank/ Geschirr/ Kaffeemaschine und Toaster vorhanden :) Stefania ist eine unglaublich süße Gastgeberin, herzlich und zuvorkommend. Obwohl wir kein Frühstück gebucht haben, hatten wir die letzten Tage immer wieder fantastische Croissants vor der Tür stehen. Da fühlt man sich so richtig willkommen. Danke für alles! Wir kommen gerne wieder 🥰

Ten stars for the owner Stefania who is so kind and caring all the stay. Stefania has spoiled us with Sicilian treats and delicatesses in the room every day. We are really delighted and thankful for all her attention! Also her tips of things to do and where to eat were great!
